Here's how...

Drop off the unit to be serviced, anytime Monday thru Saturday between 9am and 5pm. You may then call after noon the following day (except Sunday) to find out exactly what is wrong, how long it will take to repair and the exact price (to the penny). This way you know the whole picture. It's your machine and your money; were not going to spend it for you. If, after getting your estimate, you choose not to have the service performed simply come and pick up your machine. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR YOUR ESTIMATE. IT'S FREE. It's your machine and your the boss. We work on all household, commercial and industrial sewing machines, mechanical or computer. All repairs are completed "in house", nothing is shipped away. We service what we sell (and what everyone else sells). In 47 years we really have seen it all. Ask around, nobody does it better!
