We do our best to provide our customers with the help they need, whether that means helping them learn to thread their machine or showing them ways to use certain aspects of their machine for different purposes. We are proud to be a place that anyone can call or stop by to get the help they need with their machine.
We want to make sure that our customers know exactly what their machine needs when they drop it off with us. That is why we offer free estimates on every machine that comes through our door. You don't owe anything unless you approve the estimate! If you don't want to fix the machine or we find it can't be fixed, all you have to do is stop by and pick up the machine. It's your money and we don't want to spend it for you.
If you approve the estimate, we will schedule an appointment date for you. The appointment gives you a guaranteed day that we will service the machine. All repairs are done on by appointment but we understand sometimes there are more urgent circumstances, so we do offer other options if necessary.
